Edra analyzes existing enterprise data โ support tickets, emails, logs, chat histories โ to create a living knowledge base that reflects how a business actually runs, then deploys AI agents to automate workflows. Instead of asking humans to document processes, Edra learns from the data companies already generate.
Founded in 2024 by Eugen Alpeza and Yannis Karamanlakis, both former Palantir executives who met at university 13 years earlier, Edra emerged from stealth in March 2026 with $30M in total funding. The $24M Series A was led by Sequoia Capital, with HubSpot Ventures, 8VC, and A* participating. The company is already in production at HubSpot, ASOS, and Cushman & Wakefield.
Enterprises run on thousands of undocumented business processes held together by tribal knowledge, legacy systems, and manual workarounds โ making digital transformation projects expensive, slow, and failure-prone.
Edra's AI agents observe how work actually gets done across enterprise systems, reverse-engineer the implicit business logic, and then automate those workflows โ essentially doing the process discovery and RPA work that consulting firms charge millions for.
Process mining and automation is a $15B+ market growing 20%+ annually, but existing tools require months of manual mapping; Edra's autonomous approach dramatically compresses time-to-value.
AI agents can now navigate enterprise UIs, understand unstructured workflows, and chain multi-step actions across systems โ capabilities that were science fiction even two years ago.
